Following in the footsteps of legendary country music producer, Frank Rogers, a new country music act has emerged from Florence, South Carolina. The unique mix of her powerful, soulful vocals, with a classic country sound, makes rising star Kayley Green someone to watch.

Kayley’s first ever single, “On My Mind” was released on SoundCloud and NoiseTrade in March of 2016.

Kayley is no stranger to the stage. She managed to land weekly gigs in Florence when she was just 16. As a high school student she opened for Sister Hazel in 2012 and Edwin McCain in 2013. Also, in 2013, she performed with Hootie and the Blowfish at the BMW Pro-Am Golf Tournament in Greenville, South Carolina, after she won a state-wide Facebook competition. All of this experience led up to her move to Nashville where she really began to get her footing in performing.

Kayley, with no prior formal musical training, headed eight hours away from home to Nashville to pursue a degree in Commercial Voice from Belmont University in August of 2013. She stumbled upon a gig at the legendary Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge a week after moving to Music City . While continuing to be a dedicated full-time student at Belmont, she managed to sing 5 nights a week to help pay her way through college.

Kayley is currently finishing up her degree in music and performing live in Nashville as much as she can. Kayley continues to work on her music as she develops her sound more and more while becoming the artist she has always wanted to be.
